Weekly Update!

Open Gym

We will continue to have open gyms from 7-9 in the boys gym on Wednesday evenings.  One court will be for beginners and one court for advanced players.  We hope to see you there!

Weight Lifting

Weight lifting will be available on Friday's from 2:30-3:15.  This will also include plyometric training as well. 

Fundraising

To keep the team running, buying needed equipment and being able to play the best competition we can in order to get better.  We need to raise money.  We are looking into a bunch of different things that will help us.  If you have any ideas please let us know.
