Open Gyms
We are continuing our open gyms for the fall on Wednesday evenings 7-9 pm. The basketball team is in before us, so please respect their time and space and wait in the student center until 7. Also our strength and conditioning trainer will be in to do a work out as well.
Lifting
We have the weight room on Friday afternoons from 2:30-3:15. Please make sure to arrive promptly so that we can get a full work out in. We have a program to follow and very limited time to get it done.

Penn State Women's Matches
This weekend Number 1 Penn State Women will be participating in the Villanova Classic at Villanova University. They will have matches against #22 Kansas, Yale, Villanova and American University. Please check the Villanova website for game times and ticket prices!
